We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Sector 63. This full-time role is perfect for recent graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have completed at least their 12th grade and will work in our office to help provide excellent support to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Answer Customer Inquiries:** Respond to customer questions through various channels, ensuring they receive accurate and timely information.
- **Resolve Issues:** Address and troubleshoot customer complaints with a positive attitude, working to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.
- **Maintain Records:** Keep detailed notes of customer interactions and issues in the system to help with future follow-ups.
- **Follow Up:** After resolving an issue, reach out to customers to confirm satisfaction and ensure their needs have been met.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge is required to navigate customer management systems.
